Ayanna was brought up by a single mom in Chicago after being born in Cincinnati is the sole daughter of a father who worked of the criminal justice system. Her mother Sandra Pressley is a tenants' rights organizer. She taught Ayanna the value of taking part in the civic process. Because of her mom's commitment to activism, Ayanna has always been conscious of the important role of government in helping families and communities. She also appeared as the role of a teenage young girl on Kamen Rider BiBiBi BibillGeiz. Three years ago, Konno joined her current agency of talent Space Craft. In addition to performing, she works as a prestigious Seventeen Model in Seventeen Magazine. She first made an appearance acting with The Golden Piggy.
